How to Make Kale Chicken Soup
If you love both kale and chicken and would like to find a way to cook them together, this soup recipe will meet your needs. The fresh kale goes well with the flavor of the chicken, making for a healthy and quickly made meal.
Fresh kale leaves
1 chicken breast
Corn kernels, canned or fresh
1 quart water
1 teaspoon miso paste
Preparing the veggie mixture
Take out fresh kale and wash and rinse two times.If you are worried about germs, do it four times, which should be enough.
Take the chicken breast out and remove the skin.Chop it into bite-sized cubes.
Combine with corn kernels, if desired.
Chop carrots into small cubes.
Put all together into a bowl and set aside.
Mixing the soup base
Pour a quart of water into the soup saucepan for a decently sized meal for one.Stir in with plenty of soup stock and add a teaspoonful of miso paste.
Simmer on medium, for 10 minutes.During this time, don't remove the lid.
After 10 minutes, mix in the veggie mix and cook for 5 minutes more.Gently drop the chicken into the pot.
Pour into the serving bowl and serve.Enjoy!
